  3.  o Added STR 815 - if this is set to 0 then CP will not generate

  29.    CALL 2.1 from the Cope package, will not work unless a file called
  30.    'Scribe' is located at the same level as itself.  CP 2.3, when in
  31.    cope configuration mode, will generate this file if it is not already
  32.    present.
